As successful business partners, they have demonstrated an exceptional ability to launch and scale businesses, drive innovation, and achieve remarkable milestones throughout their careers.
In the perfume industry, they co-founded Perfume Addict UK Ltd, starting from humble beginnings selling towels at Bulwell market. They imported their own brand of perfume from China and showcased it at international tradeshows. They secured the distribution contract for a Dutch perfume manufacturer, created a wholesale perfume business, and eventually sold the company to their largest customer.
In the vape industry, Brett and Robert founded Eco Vape Ltd, Eco Vape Stores, and Eliquid Stores. They opened 20+ vape stores, won a franchisee, built a 65,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, and received bonded warehouse status. They pivoted to hand sanitizer production during COVID-19, supplying major companies across the UK. Their company has won numerous FMCG distribution contracts, received ISO9001 certification, and launched innovative vape products in partnership with global manufacturers.
In the cannabis industry, they have established businesses such as Dushey Ltd, Dushey Med Ltd, and CBD Manufacturing Ltd. They successfully ran a hemp and CBD media business, organized Europe’s first dedicated hemp and CBD exhibition, and published the UK’s first hemp and CBD magazine. They have scaled a cannabis bulk materials business, successfully registered 50+ CBD products with the UK Food Standards Agency, and developed a cosmetic product for a world-leading pharmaceutical group.
In addition to their business achievements, Brett and Robert have made significant contributions to charity work. They have provided support for Ukraine, donating a shop as a collection point and sending 35+ 40-foot lorries of aid, including vehicles for the Ukrainian army and essentials for the people.
